<h3>Job Description:</h3><p>We are looking for a Principal Systems Analyst to join us!</p><h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3><p>As a Principal Systems Analyst, you will play a key role on a Scrum team within the Digital Platforms WI Technology organization. Working closely with the Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Scrum Leader, Software Engineers and Quality Engineers, you will help to craft, build, test, and deliver the features that make up Fidelity’s Digital experiences that are designed to delight our customers, anticipate their needs and match services or solutions to support effective decision making. <h3>Job Description:</h3><h3>The Role </h3><p>As a member of the User Experience Research Team, you will contribute to Fidelity’s future growth by understanding people and their needs. Your research will inform and inspire our business and design leaders to improve current offerings and develop new products that help people achieve their financial goals. You will plan and conduct various types of qualitative and quantitative customer research, identify problems from the user’s point of view, develop insights and opportunity areas, and test new ideas for product-market fit.
