Responsibilities<ol> <li>Ensure engagement on the critical equipment troubleshooting by participating on the daily management discussions&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure initiate the shift according to the operation needs and time and provide overlapping to second shift when required by the maintenance manager to ensure the information about troubleshooting is properly communicated to off shifts.
