This position plays a vital role in preparing the next generation of laboratory professionals by teaching up to 9 credits of online didactic and/or in-person laboratory courses. Course topics may include Hematology and Hemostasis, Transfusion Medicine, Medical Lab Chemistry, Microbiology, Immunology, Parasitology, Lab Operations, Internship and Capstone Seminar, and more. Primary responsibilities are to plan, develop and teach courses within the curriculum in a manner that facilitates student learning.Adjunct faculty are hired in a part-time capacity on a semester-by-semester basis, contingent upon the needs of the System. We offer day, evening, and weekend classes. Classes are offered at various times and locations during the academic year.
