This&nbsp;Senior&nbsp;Product Manager will focus on the strategy and execution of the frameworks, features, and services that enable seamless, secure transactions across&nbsp;various&nbsp;channels.&nbsp;This person&nbsp;will&nbsp;build a strong command of&nbsp;emerging agentic commerce protocols, existing card payments infrastructure, and new interaction models. Partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and&nbsp;cross-functional&nbsp;teams, this Product Manager&nbsp;will shape intuitive and delightful commerce journeys powered by AI agents.Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>Partner deeply with engineering teams to understand and develop a perspective on how to apply evolving technologies (Agent-to-Agent Protocol, Agentic Payments Protocol, x402,&nbsp;Web Bot Auth, Trusted Agent Protocol, Model Context Protocol,&nbsp;and others) for AI agent-facilitated payments</li><li>Balance the needs of customers, internal stakeholders, leadership, and&nbsp;external&nbsp;partners while&nbsp;working&nbsp;with engineers and solutions architects to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;technical solutions, define specs, shape product requirements,&nbsp;and deliver platform capabilities that continually advance Agentic Commerce experiences</li><li>Partner closely with Fraud and Servicing to define strategies for fraud prevention, disputes management, and call&nbsp;or chat&nbsp;handling related to agentic transactions</li><li>Partner closely with Network and Product teams to define and champion industry standards and protocols for agentic payments</li><li>Partner with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to develop and adhere to&nbsp;data governance&nbsp;principles&nbsp;and payments regulation&nbsp;to ensure&nbsp;compliant and secure payment experiences &nbsp;</li><li>Work cross functionally to define requirements and specifications for data sharing across and integrations with merchants,&nbsp;PSPs,&nbsp;and AI/LLM partners to support fraud, servicing, and cardmember experience &nbsp;</li><li>Partner closely with UX research, design, Web and Mobile Application teams to design, build, and launch delightful self-service&nbsp;dashboards and&nbsp;experiences</li><li>Work with Business Development teams to evaluate, influence and&nbsp;operationalize partner requirements, and with Product Enablement teams on go-to-market strategies</li><li>Keep a pulse on industry trends, balancing the near-term execution priorities with long&nbsp;term strategy to support the overall product vision</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years&nbsp;of&nbsp;experience in product development/management, or similar role. &nbsp;</li><li>Experience with&nbsp;issuer payments&nbsp;including&nbsp;digital payments,&nbsp;fraud&nbsp;prevention,&nbsp;disputes,&nbsp;and payment processing.&nbsp;</li><li>Enthusiasm for exceptional products and services, deep customer empathy, keen product intuition, and skilled at articulation of product functionality</li><li>Curiosity and hunger to know how things work&nbsp;and ability to use that knowledge to make connections and find opportunities with the tenacity to push innovation agenda inside a large company</li><li>Understanding of tech and product development processes, with the ability to communicate with and influence both technical and non-technical partners</li><li>Ability to reconcile competing needs across customers, stakeholders, and partners, making effective decisions and gaining buy in</li><li>Detail oriented, able to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;key questions, and assess how pieces of the puzzle interact and affect the overall project.</li><li>Ability to recognize issues quickly and&nbsp;determine&nbsp;how to get a resolution through creative and efficient problem solving.</li><li>Skilled at&nbsp;balancing&nbsp;big picture strategy and&nbsp;tactical&nbsp;details</li><li>Team player, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable, accountable,&nbsp;and highly organized</li><li>Excellent communication skills across cross functional teams with&nbsp;the ability&nbsp;to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment.</li><li>Willingness to be creative within the bounds of the highly regulated financial services environment</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with&nbsp;LLMs/AI&nbsp;models&nbsp;a&nbsp;plus.&nbsp;</li></ul>Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
