We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist who values culturally responsive care and is committed to serving diverse communities. In this role, youll help deliver care that respects traditions, strengthens trust, and improves outcomes for patients and their families.

Position Details:

• Specialty: Physical Therapy
• Work Setting: Nursing Home
• Schedule: 35 hours per week
• Facility Type: High-quality facility with strong ratings
• Patient Population: Post-acute rehab & long-term care
• Clinical Environment: ontinuing care retirement community offers stability and diverse patient population

Requirements:

• Licensure: Active state PT License
• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Life Support Certifications: BLS
