The Seasonal Resource Assistant may be placed in any of the offices under the Office of Legal, Planning &amp; Regulatory Affairs: <ul><li>Office of Legal Counsel serves the agency’s diverse legal needs across the Environmental Conservation, Environmental Quality and Energy branches and the Commissioner’s Office to achieve the agency’s multi-faceted mission to: (1) conserve, improve and protect the state’s natural resources and environment; (2) control air, land and water pollution to enhance the public’s health, safety and welfare; and (3) improve access to cleaner, more affordable and more reliable energy. May be asked to assist with public records requests and to support the work of the Transactional Management and Regulatory Affairs legal unit.
