Partner with IT, IS and other teams to integrate AI capabilities into BC tools and processes.</li><li>Support the evaluation of current and prospective external vendors in order to confirm they have appropriate plans to recover from unexpected events, including Service Level Agreement guidelines.&nbsp;</li></ul>Crisis Management<ul><li>Coordinate closely with incident/crisis partners to develop and maintain appropriate Incident Management, Crisis Management, and other relevant plans (Weather, Earthquake, Pandemic, etc.).</li><li>Provide coordination, training, and exercise activities to support maintaining incident response capability.</li><li>Support the management of real events (incidents, crises etc.) 24x7 by facilitating the activation of incident management and crisis management plans in coordination with appropriate Incident and Crisis Management Teams.</li><li>Work closely with OnPoint Leadership to engage them in the principles of incident and crisis management, maintaining awareness and ensuring a coordinated ability to respond.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills &amp; Ability):<ul><li>Must have at least 6 years of crisis management, business continuity, contingency of operations, and/or disaster recovery experience, preferably in the financial services industry.</li><li>Education: Certification in Business Continuity, Emergency Management or similar with an accredited institution (DRI, BCI etc.); <h4>JOB SUMMARY:</h4>The Director, Compliance (“Director”) will oversee and strengthen OnPoint’s Compliance Management System (“CMS”), under the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”). The Director will ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in alignment with the credit union’s future growth and culture of compliance. The Director will support the CCO in leading a collaborative regulatory compliance advisory team that provides ongoing expert guidance to all internal and external partners. The Director will support the ongoing maturity of OnPoint’s compliance processes and technology, focusing on operational efficiencies that mitigate compliance risk.
