The incumbent will be a strategic thinker who possesses confidence and composure to support a wide range of initiatives, while working across multiple teams within Global Compliance Risk and with other key partner groups (e.g., Finance, CEG, GCO).Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Support driving the strategic agenda for Head of Global Servicing and Support Functions focusing on key initiatives and the overall management of the department.</li><li>Provide detailed project management support across the team, including tracking and analyzing progress, and possess the ability to identify and escalate project risks &amp; issues timely to ensure maximum business benefits are achieved.</li><li>Develop and execute employee engagement and communication strategy, including business updates and colleague development programs.</li><li>Build impactful and comprehensive presentations for Leadership meetings, Town Halls, and adhoc needs.</li><li>Manage staffing requests, headcount, and organization charts.</li><li>Support business planning and operations (e.g., annual budget and planning, monthly operational reviews, risk and finance reviews, leadership updates).</li><li>Build strong working relationships across the group, as well as with business partner groups to maximize collaboration, problem solving and generate solutions to deliver results.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills, ideally with 3+ years of experience in strategic analysis, consulting, communications and/or project management related roles.</li><li>Superior organizational, program management skills, time management and multi-tasking skills and the ability to set priorities and manage tasks to drive results within a short time frame.</li><li>An ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with great follow-up and attention to detail, and work well in a fast paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both verbal and written with demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and be flexible when faced with changing priorities.</li><li>Creative problem solver who can manage tasks and projects autonomously with minimal supervision.</li><li>Energetic, curious, self-motivated, proactive and able to work well under pressure and in an unstructured environment.</li><li>Maturity, self-awareness, and integrity – able to maintain strict confidentiality.</li><li>Strong professional presence and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate, influence, and be a team player.</li><li>Fluency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word and PowerPoint </li></ul>Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
