This position plays a key role in contract management and is responsible for ensuring compliance with Rule 21 and associated regulatory requirements. This includes analyzing legal language, financial implications, performance metrics, and compliance requirements to ensure contracts align with organizational objectives and policies</li><li>Ensures adherence to regulatory and governance requirements throughout the life of the contract to ensure compliance with standards and policies. Leads conversations with stakeholders to ensure implementation and management of contract from inception to termination, often performing in a project management capacity</li><li>Manages contract performance, evaluates and leads contract disputes and makes strategic recommendations to improve contract performance.
