Required Qualifications

<li>Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.</li>

<li>Demonstrated experience with crisis intervention, short-term counseling models, and psychoeducational program development.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of helping organizations in the greater Chattanooga area.</li>
<li>Commitment to the mission of the community college and the success of students 18 and older at an open-enrollment institution.</li>

Preferred Qualifications

Bookstore · As a Financial Support Associate at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology, the duties in the college bookstore include managing inventory effectively and collaborating with book representatives to ensure the timely availability of educational materials. This role requires maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, and facilitating orders to meet the needs of students and faculty. Additionally, exceptional customer service is paramount; the associate will assist students and staff with inquiries, provide guidance on book selections, and ensure a positive shopping experience.</li>
<li>
Business Office · This position is responsible for a variety of essential duties. These include preparing and submitting financial reports as required, monitoring departmental budgets, and accepting payments from students. The office posts student charges in Banner and manages the collection and receipting for live work orders, drug tests, HESI testing, overpayments, and checks from outside agencies. Additionally, all payments received are posted in Banner, and the office prepares bank deposits and daily cash sessions. They also handle FUPLOADS for deposits and Touchnet sessions, process and complete purchase orders, and manage manual check requests. Maintaining P-card activity logs and processing reconciliation documentation is another critical function. The office also arranges travel for both employees and students, which may require some travel to other campus locations. Furthermore, the staff performs general office duties such as data entry, copying, scanning, and filing while providing customer service through in-person interactions, phone calls, and email.</li>

Professional Development: · Remain current within the instructional field and technologies; acquire, maintain, and apply knowledge of current instructional methodologies and materials; attend scheduled college and division professional development and in-service activities; support related professional organizations; stay up to date through ongoing training, conferences, webinars, and self-study to maintain expertise in changing educational regulations and systems.</li>

EDM Wire Operator, 2nd Shift

Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY This position provides leadership, direction, and problem-solving skills to eliminate manufacturing conflicts, document improvements, and maintain positive relations with our customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS <ul><li>Be a customer service liaison between our facility and core injection facility.</li><li>Will develop and approve new and revised Activity Instructions criteria in the tool and die manufacturing areas.&nbsp;</li><li>Is responsible for daily interface and communication of issues with manufacturing, maintenance, facilities personnel responsible for the wax areas.</li><li>Be responsible for ensuring that the tool processes are performed in compliance with the methods, materials, and equipment specifications as detailed in the Corporate Tooling Manual (TM).</li><li>Will be responsible for determination of the root cause of any deviation from a critical process specification and develop a timely and formal reaction plan which will include an escalating help chain system. Process Engineer

Responsibilities Job Summary Howmet Aerospace has an immediate opening for a EDM Sinker Operator&nbsp;at our&nbsp;Engines Products - Brecksville Operations Tempcraft facility.&nbsp;This position is responsible for supporting the manufacturing of our molds and dies.&nbsp; This work requires the application of EDM Sinker machine operations, as well as the use of standard mold making techniques, procedures, and criteria.Howmet Engines is a world-class producer of aero engine and industrial gas turbine components, including airfoils, rings, disks and forgings. We excel in vacuum melted superalloys, machining, performance coatings and hot isostatic pressing for high performance parts that enable the next generation of quieter, more fuel-efficient aero engines and cleaner power generation. Job Responsibilities ·&nbsp; &nbsp; Ability to operate EDM Sinker machines (Sodick and Charmille) to support several products concurrently.·&nbsp; &nbsp; Interpret design blueprints and set-up sheets to ensure proper set-up of mold details.·&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Perform operations within very close tolerances.·&nbsp; &nbsp; Have their own tools and toolbox·&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to inspect own work.·&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work with Engineering and Programming throughout the manufacturing process<ul><li>Able to operate multiple machinery; (Bridge Port, Grinders, Saws, EDM).</li><li>Comply with Corporate EHS, Quality and HR rules and standards</li></ul>Qualifications Job Specifications Basic Qualifications:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Five + years of experience in tool making/mold making.·&nbsp; &nbsp; High School diploma or equivalent from an accredited institutionPreferred Qualifications:<ul><li>State issued Journeymen’s papers for Tool &amp; Die and /or Mold Making or 8&nbsp; plus years Job shop experience.</li><li>Previous experience in the construction of turbine/airfoil molds and dies strongly preferred.</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to effectively work / communicate as part of a die making team.<ul><li>Basic Math and Trigonometry knowledge</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Thorough knowledge of tooling process.Hourly Range: $20-40/hour approximation (actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/or location).About us﻿Howmet Aerospace Inc.
