The Associate, Digital Fundraising Projects, supports the planning, execution, and delivery of digital fundraising campaigns and initiatives and plays an integral role in connecting new and existing supporters with the mission of Share our Strength and the No Kid Hungry Campaign. The Associate will utilize their knowledge of direct response and digital fundraising to seamlessly manage campaigns from inception to completion.
This role reports to the Associate Director, Digital Fundraising Strategy and works closely with members of the Individual Giving Team and internal partners across creative, data, and analytics teams, and external agencies to help manage timelines, deliverables, and communications for a range of digital fundraising projects—including email, paid media, web experiences and cross-channel campaigns.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, collaborative and passionate about using digital fundraising strategies, tactics and channels to make a difference.This position is preferably based in Washington, DC, but could be fully remote for the right candidate. The position offers a salary range of $60k - $65k. Exact compensation within the stated salary range may vary based on skills, experience, internal equity, and geographical location.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Coordination &amp; Management

 <li> Support the planning, scheduling, and tracking of digital fundraising projects from kickoff to launch.</li>
 <li>Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deliverables are on schedule and aligned with priorities.</li>

The Senior Manager of Federal Government Relations will support Share Our Strength and its mission to end childhood hunger and poverty in America by advancing its federal advocacy and government relations efforts. The Senior Manager will partner with the Government Relations and Advocacy Team in the development and execution of a coordinated federal government relations strategy that advances our organizational policy priorities. The Senior Manager will collaborate with contract lobbyists, external partners and stakeholders, as well as colleagues across Share Our Strength, to build and strengthen our federal government relations strategies and tactics, tracking progress and course correcting as needed to meet goals. The Senior Manager will also represent Share Our Strength in coalitions and in meetings with federal policy makers. 
This position is based in Washington, D.C. This position will require the candidate to be local to the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area. The position offers a salary range of $87k-$90k. Exact compensation within the stated salary range may vary based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 <li> Execute on federal government relations strategies and policy goals. Proactively identify challenges to or opportunities for organizational policy goals and lead cross-team efforts to adjust federal government relations strategies accordingly. </li>
 <li>Expand our reach and engagement with Congressional Caucus’ and offices and the Administration to increase their knowledge of child nutrition programs and economic support programs and advocate for policies to end childhood hunger. </li>
 <li>Maintain strong and effective relationships with partner organizations, Congress, and the Administration, including managing difficult conversations. </li>
 <li>Create materials and provide background research for federal legislative activities, including briefings, hearings, and training webinars for advocate networks. Draft testimony, hearing questions, letters of support, meeting requests, and other documents relevant to our federal government relations efforts.</li>
 <li>Communicate progress, provide strategic counsel, and facilitate shared understanding of government relations metrics, strategies, tactics, and impact among external and internal stakeholders, including senior leadership. </li>
 <li>Represent Share Our Strength to external audiences, including through presentations at coalition meetings, community events, meetings with policymakers and similar forums. </li>
