The West Palm Beach office is seeking a service-oriented Sr. Intake Case Specialist who is empathetic, possesses excellent listening skills, and is proficient in both English and Spanish.<ul><li>Review the preliminary information from the Intake Coordinator and work with the potential client to gather all the circumstances and details related to the potential case.
