POSITION SUMMARY:Adjunct Faculty responsibilities include classroom instruction, facilitating meaningful learning of course outcomes, assisting students toward successful program completion, and promoting the academic well-being of the program. A master’s degree is preferred.</li><li>At least six months of teaching experience at another post-secondary education institution (preferred).</li><li>Active, valid, and unencumbered state licensure or certification as applicable to the discipline.</li><li>Membership in a professional association tied to the area of instruction (preferred).</li><li>Practical experience in the discipline of the program and knowledge of current best practices (in the field).</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build successful relationships with students and faculty.</li><li>Excellent time management and attention to detail. SUMMARY:The Director of Clinical Expansion is an Entrepreneurial role leading clinical strategy, expansion, and operations to ensure optimal clinical experiences for students. The role oversees the clinical expansion of the clinical programs to secure, cultivate, and bridge the gap between clinical sites and the university, facilitating smooth operations, and ensuring all clinical program's high standards are maintained. The Director of Clinical Expansion must have executive communication/presentation skills to communicate and present at the executive C-suite level with proficiency in stakeholder buy in, strong cross-functional communication, and organizational navigation. This position requires the incumbent to travel among campuses and the clinical field conducting meetings with preceptors and health system administrators to strengthen relationships and enhance communication and increase clinical sites for existing, transplant and new programs between hospitals and the university. Provide reminders, updates, and follow-ups to keep participants engaged and informed. 5.
