Utilizes Electronic Health Records and Multnomah County Sheriff Office databases for clinical note and encounter documentation.Care Coordination:As the designated Responsible Mental Health Authority, Behavioral Health Assessment and Planning Clinician - FLOAT are responsible for providing and receiving clinical consultation. This includes consultation with other Corrections Health staff, Multnomah County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) staff, and external entities such as outpatient providers, partner agencies, and legal agencies. Such consultations are to be conducted as clinically indicated for care coordination, ensuring that appropriate releases of information are in place.Behavioral Health Assessment and Planning Clinician - FLOAT are also required to attend and actively participate in site-specific staff meetings, clinical huddles, and any other meetings mandated by mental health leadership.Training, Development, Supervision and ConsultationBehavioral Health Assessment and Planning Clinician - FLOATmust complete 12 hours of annual professional training and continuing education, per NCCHC standards and Corrections Health leadership.
