  • Define KPIs tied to adoption, engagement, and commercial growth

  • Analyze campaign and usage data to identify optimization opportunities and inform strategy refinements

  • Provide clear performance reporting and executive-ready insights

  • Set direction for priority customer-facing assets in partnership with the Content team

  • Manage and develop 1-2 Product Marketing Specialists

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience (product marketing, lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or B2B marketing preferred)

  • Experience driving customer adoption, expansion, or lifecycle marketing initiatives

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Client Management, and Product teams

  • Experience developing or executing partner marketing strategies

  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining and measuring performance KPIs

  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing direct reports

  • Strong self-starter with ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
