The Off Premise Beer Sales Representative will build strong relationships with distributor personnel to ensure market goals are met.&nbsp;</p><p>Here’s just a small sample of what you’ll be doing:</p><ul><li>Regular travel within a dedicated territory (200-mile radius) to call on multiple distributor territories</li><li>Extended travel (up to 75% of time) to additional markets in support of distributor crew drives</li><li>Taking a data driven approach to both identify new opportunities for distribution and upsell, secure multiple SKU distribution, cooler visibility and displays</li><li>Establish and maintain a regular weekly schedule of account appointments including sales calls, and distributor work-withs</li><li>Develop creative solutions to meet account specific needs identified during sales calls</li><li>Work closely with local distributor manager and distributor personnel to collaborate on goals and objectives and ensure proper product inventory&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain store shelf standards and inventory, including rotation of products, checking date codes, processing restocks and reorders as necessary according to the planogram standards. The role will be connected to a local sales network and will work to build and leverage customer relationships while driving brand and educational opportunities. The role will be directed by key performance indicators put in place against on-premise goals and measured against those same outcomes.</p><p>The Activation Agent, On-Premise will be responsible for the performance of Client’s brands in a targeted set of on-premise accounts. These accounts will be chosen for their strategic consumer and customer importance and will be organized into a journey plan.&nbsp;<strong>The role will analyze the total territory and each account to determine the priority promotional, educational, experiential, and merchandising opportunities.</strong></p><p>You will engage customers to plan, design, and execute activities that will support sales growth within the channel.
