The Events Logistics Coordinator works closely with and takes direction from the Institute’s Programs Manager to ensure that HURI’s events-related operations run smoothly and efficiently. The position comes under the overall supervision of the Executive Director.The Events Logistics Coordinator is responsible, individually and in collaboration with other HURI staff, for the execution of event details which include logistical organization; creation of event materials-promotional and non-promotional (print and digital); arrangement of accommodations, transportation, dining/catering; arrangement of audio-visual and other technical needs; sending event invitations; and intra-Harvard outreach. You would be a key member of our medical team at the Aspire Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Unit in Quincy.&nbsp; The unit has 8 private rooms and offers a comfortable, supportive setting.&nbsp;A lower client census, and ability to work with experienced nurses, makes this an ideal learning environment for someone newly licensed!Aspire Health Alliance was selected by the State as one of 25 Community Behavioral Health Centers to implement an innovative new service delivery model.
