<li>Level I Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Primary Stroke Center.</li>
<li>Up to 150-bed facility with a 19-bed Emergency Department with a dedicated Pediatric Care Area.</li>
<li>Annual ED volume of approximately 50,000 with a 14% admit rate.</li>
<li>The nation’s only teaching hospital located on the campus of a historically Black university.</li>
<li>Washingtonian and Black Enterprise magazines have identified physicians affiliated with the hospital as leaders in a vast range of specialties.</li>
