This role is part of a dedicated hospital-based urology service line designed to optimize inpatient care while supporting an expanding outpatient operative urology program. You will practice within a consultation-only hospitalist urology model (fully developed over the past 3 years), supported by two experienced Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners, with no call responsibilities, unless desired for additional compensation. The inpatient service collaborates with a six-physician, four-APP outpatient operative urology group, with additional recruitment ongoing to support continued growth.
