ResponsibilitiesHowmet Fastening Systems is looking for an experienced fully on site Deskside Support Technician to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our end user computing environment, both in the office and on the shop floor of our manufacturing facility in Kingston, NY. ResponsibilitiesThis position will be in our Core Plant and will plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials. Participate in plant safety inspections and housekeeping audits.&nbsp; This position will be responsible for deployment of ABS and EHS improvements across the shifts, focusing on employee engagement.Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervises an effective team;
