The Labor Relations Advisor handles work environment investigations specific to represented employees from the initial investigation through the grievance process including any alternative dispute resolutions used to remedy the matters. In collaboration with Legal counsel, the Labor Relations Advisor works to resolve matters prior to arbitration or provides strategic support to Legal in arbitration.&nbsp;Additionally you’ll provide coaching and guidance to leaders throughout the organization and work with Union representatives in a collaborative interest-based model with the goal of resolving issues at the lowest possible level. The Labor Relations Advisor analyzes complex cases and situations in order to resolve and provide the appropriate recommendation(s) to address the issue(s). In addition, this position is responsible for work environment reviews, conflict resolution, and training on the corrective action process as applicable.
