As a director of physical resources, you will lead and direct maintenance and operational teams while developing and implementing comprehensive strategies. You will recruit, train, and evaluate maintenance operations personnel in a positive work environment to foster professional growth and teamwork. You will supervise and direct staff in areas including physical resources administration, general building maintenance, dormitory maintenance, construction and renovation management, and grounds maintenance.
