Determines whether to accept, reject, or repair the pattern per documented instructions. 13. &nbsp; &nbsp; Follows established protocol for notification of potential deviations or scrap trends. 14. &nbsp; &nbsp; Performs set-up of dimensional gauges. 15. &nbsp; &nbsp; Utilizes the necessary fixturing or gauges to ensure dimensional conformance of the patterns, molds, cores, etc. to specified tolerances. 16. &nbsp; &nbsp; Performs specified operations during injection cycle. 17. &nbsp; &nbsp; Torch sprues, seal and pour cup. Add bracing as required per engineering specifications. 18. &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintains necessary supplies for the area to maximize productivity. 19. &nbsp; &nbsp; Must pay close attention to detail. 20. &nbsp; &nbsp;Sets up equipment as required to perform&nbsp;specific activities. 21. &nbsp; &nbsp; Follow 5S rules and procedures. 22. &nbsp; &nbsp; Utilize help chain when needed.
