JOB SUMMARY &nbsp;Working under general supervision, applies repetitive ceramic slurry coating to finished patterns, and performs any post-dipping operations.&nbsp; Dewax duties performed as required.&nbsp; Rotates through all monoshell operations daily.&nbsp; Performs cleaning tasks of towers and support equipment.&nbsp; ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS <ul><li>Using Computers &nbsp;(entering information, etc)</li><li>Must be able to read and interpret Product Criteria (PC) and Activity Instructions (AI).</li><li>Must be able to function as a member of a team and be able to work under general supervision.</li><li>Must be able to maintain expected quality levels.</li><li>Comply with all site required policies and procedures including but not limited to:&nbsp; EHS, Quality, Code of Conduct and the Wichita Falls Employee handbook.</li></ul>&nbsp; JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Selects patterns based on production schedules and capacity of line. 2.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Checks for broken or poor-quality patterns. 3.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Logs necessary information on lot travelers to monitor sequence of dips. 4.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Performs the following basic processing steps, i.e., manually loads case on facecoat line, monitors robot to ensure mold is dipped/sanded in sequence, blows off&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;excess sand after facecoats, monitors and applies code to hanger; monitors mold through cycle. 5.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Examines mold throughout cycle to ensure adequacy of coating and sanding. 6.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Performs required housekeeping tasks. 7.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Fills stucco towers. 8.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Performs other duties as required. 9.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Complies with all EHS rules related to the work environment.&nbsp; 10.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Works overtime when needed.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Mold Prep1.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Unloads molds from automatic line at unload stations. 2.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Removes rubber gaskets from cups after all dip cycles are completed. 3.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Cleans imbedded stucco and sand from inside pour cups as required. 4.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Weighs molds from each truck to ensure minimum weight requirements before transporting truck to vac dry. 5.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Operates vacuum chambers and pin puller per Activity Instruction guidelines. 6.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Posts all required data - control charts, trouble reports, mold weights, etc. 7.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Performs required housekeeping tasks. 8.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Performs other duties as required. 9.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Operates freezers per Activity Instruction guidelines. 10.&nbsp; Complies with all EHS rules related to the work environment. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;DewaxDewax1.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Performs dewax operation utilizing oven and/or steam dewax unit. 2.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensures area is well maintained. 3.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Logs necessary information to monitor input quantity and quality. 4.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Discards used wax from area. 5. &nbsp; &nbsp;Monitors operation of equipment and temperature controls. 6.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Complies with all EHS rules related to the work environment. &nbsp;&nbsp; ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITES <ul><li>Comply with all department, facility, corporate and regulatory EHS&nbsp;regulations.</li><li>Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).&nbsp;Requires wearing safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, hard hats and Metatarsal shoes.&nbsp;Requires wearing flame retardant uniform.</li><li>Report all job-related illness and injuries (Per Employee Handbook).</li><li>Report all safety, health and environmental concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner.</li><li>Attend all EHS training.</li></ul> PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
