General Summary
Provide badging and Common Access Card customer support services from the Visitor Center on board Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process all visit requests.
- Create and issue NIWC Pacific badges and magnetically encode them for use throughout NIWC doors and turnstiles.
- Issue Common Access Cards (CAC) to properly vetted personnel.
- Utilize DISS to verify clearances prior to clearing personnel for base access.
- Assist and answer any questions or concerns for customers that arise.
- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience with JPAS/DISS/NBIS
- Experience issuing CAC preferred
- Must possess an active Secret Clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance
