- Develop and cultivate relationships with new education partners to expand market reach and drive sales growth
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing education partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Serve as a consultative resource by applying product knowledge to recommend solutions that best meet customer needs
- Create, organize, and manage customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
- Proactively follow up on quotes and orders to ensure successful conversion and on-time delivery
- Partner with manufacturers and vendors to stay informed on product offerings, pricing, and availability
- Participate in training sessions with vendors to enhance expertise and deliver greater value to customers
- Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on details
- Customer-first mindset with a consultative sales approach
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Experience working with education customers or in the education market
- Product knowledge in foodservice equipment, supplies, or related industries (if applicable)
- CRM or sales system experience
