WHY JOIN BALLARD MARINE CONSTRUCTION?

Ballard Marine Construction isn't a typical heavy civil contractor. We're a specialty underwater and marine construction company delivering innovative technical solutions across the Power, Water/Wastewater, Transportation, Industrial, and Environmental markets. From complex bridge and dam rehabilitation to marine infrastructure and critical facilities, we're trusted to deliver some of the industry's most challenging projects.

What sets Ballard apart isn't just the work we do it's the way we empower our field leaders. We believe exceptional projects are built by exceptional people, and we trust our Superintendents to make decisions, solve complex challenges, and lead with confidence. Here, you'll work alongside experienced professionals who value accountability, collaboration, and doing the job right the first time.

If you're looking for an organization where your leadership is valued, your experience is respected, and your impact extends beyond a single project, Ballard offers the opportunity to lead meaningful work while helping shape the future of our company.

Job Summary:

As General Superintendent, you'll lead the field execution of some of the nation's most complex marine and heavy civil construction projects. Working in partnership with Project Managers and company leadership, you'll be trusted to lead field operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive project success from planning through completion. This role goes beyond managing daily construction activities. You'll influence project strategy, mentor the next generation of field leaders, build strong client relationships, and set the standard for safety, quality, and operational excellence across every project you lead.

If you're an experienced Superintendent looking for greater autonomy, technically challenging work, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact not only on projects but on the people around you—Ballard offers a career where your leadership truly matters.
