Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist who values culturally responsive care and is committed to serving diverse communities. In this role, youll help deliver care that respects traditions, strengthens trust, and improves outcomes for patients and their families.

Position Details:

  • Specialty: Physical Therapy
  • Work Setting:Rehab and Skilled Nursing
  • Schedule:40 hours per week
  • Facility Type: Skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility
  • Patient Population:Post-acute rehab and long-term residents
  • Clinical Environment:Busy rehab facility with diverse caseloads

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Active state PT License
  • Education:Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Life Support Certifications: BLS
