Smart Campus Student Technologists are expected to uphold a high standard of customer service and provide dynamic solutions to technological problems. Duties include but are not limited to supporting service incidents and requests; performing on-site repair, maintenance, system improvement, and testing of hardware and software; supporting UK’s Smart Campus initiatives, Enterprise Digital Signage, and iPad support, distribution, and configuration; Cornerstone meeting room technology.
Applicants for this position need to be able to work independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit with team members and a drive to provide respectful customer-oriented assistance. Successful candidates will possess self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service needs and then offer exceptional customer service solutions and dynamic problem-solving results.
