This position is ideal for students who enjoy and have experience in event planning, social media, content creation, marketing, and who want to take part in a high-energy, high-impact University event.

Requirements:
  • Experience in and willingness to grow in the areas of marketing, communication, creative content creation, social media, and event planning.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative, maturity, professionalism, tactfulness, and discretion while representing the Office of the President and Villanova University.

Additional Information:
  • Develop and implement a multi-platform communication and marketing plan leading up to the event, including creative content creation and the use of social media to promote Pops in the Pavilion to students and families.
  • Build awareness and increase attendance for Pops in the Pavilion among students and families by creating and implementing various incentives and engagement initiatives.
  • Support Pops in the Pavilion by assisting the Office of the President and University Events and Initiatives with various planning, tasks, and administrative items.
  • Assist the Office of the President and University Events and Initiatives with other tasks and administrative items, as needed.
