Key Responsibilities- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and rebuild various pumps (centrifugal, gear, diaphragm) and related equipment (motors, compressors, valves).- Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.- Assemble and disassemble rotating equipment.- Operate specialized repair and testing equipment.- Install and maintain pump systems. Required Skills & Qualifications- Technical: Strong mechanical aptitude, pump/motor assembly, use of pressure gauges, flow meters, hydraulics.- Experience: Varies by level (e.g., assisting others for entry-level, fabrication for senior).- Tools: Ability to own and maintain personal tools.- Soft Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, client service.- Certifications (Optional): OSHA safety training, relevant technical diplomas.
