The mission of SHC is to facilitate access to comprehensive preventive primary health care and integrated behavioral health services for Multnomah County school-age youth to keep them healthy and ready to learn. The Advanced Practice Clinician provides professional, comprehensive specialized nursing services, assessment and evaluation with an emphasis on prevention of disease and promotion of health.
