General Function:&nbsp;

Minimum Qualifications:

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Serve independently as point person for geographical student recruitment utilizing specific admission, financial aid, scholarship, and registration criteria and deadlines; Track and monitor enrollment data for counties within assigned region; Prepare reports and proposals regarding recruitment efforts and outcomes.</li>
<li>Coordinate and implement recruitment programs and strategies related to high school graduates, home school graduates, under-represented groups, and adult learners.</li>
<li>Promote and maintain positive professional relationships with internal and external groups including institutional divisions, high school counselors and administrators, parents, community members, and organizations.</li>
<li>Promote and represent the College at recruiting or other events including at high schools, college fairs, community events/workshops, and related business functions including events that may be scheduled after normal business hours or weekends</li>
