Responsibilities include but are not limited to:&nbsp; <ul><li>Provide site or program coverage as needed.</li><li>Monitor medications as needed and required.</li><li>Responsible for documentation of client contact, collateral contracts and any other relevant information.</li><li>Assist clients with household/apartment responsibilities as needed.</li><li>Provide transportation in agency vehicles for clients as needed.</li><li>Responsible for performing other tasks as needed and assigned by supervisor.</li><li>Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.</li></ul> Pay Rate: $20/hr. &nbsp; Position Requirements Per Diem Counselors are required to have a High School Diploma or equivalent and some experience in a similar setting or education in the field of Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling or related field.
