Job SummaryThe Bookstore Retail Specialist provides support to the retail operation, assists with fulfillment of online orders during peak business periods, prepares purchase orders, invoices, and credit memos for the accounting office, and assists with the product check in process, merchandising, stocking, and warehouse organization of products and fixtures. Special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor's discretion. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as an Inventory Control Manager: <ul><li>Have a bachelor's degree in business or a related major.</li><li>Have at least 3 years of prior grocery procurement experience.</li><li>Have at least 1 year of prior procurement management.</li><li>Transportation experience is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge and proficiency on merchandising systems such as DCS2000, SSYO, or INFOPAC.</li><li>Be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word). </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
