(“Hoosier") is hiring a School Board Executive Administrator to coordinate the Board’s activities and serve as the liaison between the Board, School administrators, and staff.About the School:Hoosier operates the Hoosier College and Career Academy (“HCCA" or “School") pursuant to a charter issued by Ball State University (the “Authorizer"), offering a virtual curriculum to students in grades 7-12. HCCA’s mission is to provide personalized, virtual learning opportunities to all Indiana students regardless of circumstances and abilities. The Board contracts with Stride K12, Inc. (“Stride") to serve as its Educational Service Provider. Stride is responsible for the School’s administration, management, and day to day operations.About the Work:As the School Board Executive Administrator, you will be responsible for the coordination of activities and timely flow of information to and from the Board and the School’s administrators and staff. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines and to organize and maintain administrative processes.
