non-VA mental health care and experiences of care.</li><li><strong>Clinical Templates:</strong>Data from national templates such as evidence-based psychotherapies, records of suicide and overdose events, intensity levels for community-based care, and services provided during treatment.</li><li><strong>Performance Measures:</strong>Facility-level data from Strategic Analytics for Improvement and Learning measures and other measures within the Mental Health Information System, a collection of over 100 measures characterizing mental health treatment in the VA.</li><li><strong>NEPEC Data:</strong>Data collected by the Northeastern Program Evaluation Center or other VA program evaluation centers for program monitoring and evaluation purposes.</li></ul></li><li>Examine and analyze data across differences in target conditions, care intensity, medical and mental health comorbidities, demographics, and sex differences.</li><li>Identify and address gaps in data quality and integrity, cleanse and manipulate data as necessary to ensure valid, reliable analysis.</li><li>Review and validate analytical data sets to ensure they meet statistical validity and quality standards.</li><li>Communicate any identified data inaccuracies or deficiencies to the VA and assist in determining additional data collection needs to address gaps.</li></ul><p><strong>Program Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.</p><h4>Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Provide and project management and engineering support to Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) Test and Evaluation (T&amp;E) programs and projects</li><li>Provide hands on set-up and operations of C-UAS technology systems for demonstration including set-up and tear-down, logistical support and system operations support</li><li>Work hands-on with customers to build C-UAS systems in the laboratory and support product integrations in customer/partner environments</li><li>Lead gathering and validating customer requirements</li><li>Support the developoment of CUAS test plans and evaluation methologies</li><li>Assist in the execution of CUAS tests, field assessments, and other test events</li><li>Collect and analyze test data</li><li>Draft system specifications, policy documentation, and reports</li><li>Develop project management documentation, including charters, project management plans, and status reports&nbsp;</li></ul><h4>Qualifications</h4><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree required; Master's Degree preferred</li><li>3-10 years of relevant experience preferred</li><li>Part 107 license is desired</li><li>Interdisciplinary engineering skillsets with knowledge of C-UAS technologies</li><li>Strong understanding of ArcGIS software and geospatial analysis</li><li>Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)</li><li>Demonstrate a high level of initiative and be a self-starter, solution seeker</li><li>A true team player who promotes cross-functional collaboration and maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic environment</li><li>Ability to obtain a Secret clearance or higher.
