If you’re passionate about using data to influence decision-making and elevate financial performance, we want to hear from you!&nbsp; DAY-TO-DAY:<ul><li>Lead the organization’s financial planning and analysis function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting across all business units.</li><li>Own the annual budget process and mid-year reforecast cycles, managing timelines, tools, deliverables, and executive review materials across multiple entities.</li><li>Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, identifying risks and opportunities that drive decision-making, resource allocation, and long-term planning.</li><li>Oversee development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial dashboards that measure business performance and support operational accountability.</li><li>Partner closely with department heads to review monthly results, resolve budget questions, and translate financial data into actionable insights for business units.</li><li>Review and approve models, analysis, and business cases created by the FP&amp;A team (including deal evaluations, scenario modeling, and capital investment analysis).</li><li>Mentor and manage the FP&amp;A team, including the Senior Financial Analyst and any future hires, providing professional development and ensuring analytical rigor.</li><li>Collaborate with Accounting and Business Operations teams to ensure alignment between actuals, forecasts, and system integrations (e.g., NetSuite Planning &amp; Budgeting).</li><li>Prepare and present executive-level reporting packages for the VP of Finance, CFO, and other senior leaders, and investor group, highlighting key financial trends and strategic implications.</li><li>Recommend data-driven strategies that support the organization’s long-term financial goals and evolving business model. &nbsp;</li></ul>WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:<ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field</li><li>At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or business operations</li><li>At least 3 years of people management experience, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams</li><li>Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, including scenario planning and investment evaluation</li><li>A strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles</li><li>Advanced Excel and data visualization skills, with experience building scalable reporting tools and dashboards</li><li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability totranslate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive and non-financial stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency with financial planning systems such as NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, Adaptive Insights, or similar tools</li><li>A strategic mindset with strong business acumen, capable of synthesizing financial data into actionable insights and guiding executive decision-making.</li><li>A track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and planning effectiveness.</li><li>High integrity, discretion in handling sensitive information, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities with accuracy</li><li>A deep understanding of budgeting processes, management reporting, and their impact on operational and strategic outcomes.</li></ul>WE’D BE THRILLED IF YOU ALSO HAVE:<ul><li>MBA, CPA, or CFA designation</li><li>Experience in sports, live entertainment, or multi-entity organizations</li><li>Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing FP&amp;A tools and systems</li><li>Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders on strategic initiatives</li></ul>Offers of employment are conditional upon the successful results of an individual background check.
