The Digital Labs Agentic Strategy &amp; Partnerships team is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of Amex’s key intiaitves, partnerships and products for AI-assisted and agentic commerce.As Director, you will help lead Amex through this agentic commerce and payments evolution. You will work across the enterprise to ready payments and membership capabilities, build and maintain best in class partnerships with pivotal players in AI and key ecosystem players (OpenAI, Perplexity, Stripe), and drive Amex’s leadership in agentic commerce.You will evaluate and build partnership opportunities, lead major contract negotiations and help define the future product roadmap.
