ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT The Strategy, Products, and Innovation division is the agency’s newest division and leads the strategic planning and policy work, working across the agency to test out and implement new ideas. This division also creates the agency’s product roadmap to take us into future elections while maintaining and improving existing systems. The new Product Strategy vertical will be responsible for creating the overall roadmap for tech modernization and process improvements; prioritize tech projects to pursue and liaise between technical engineers and subject matter experts; and align tech projects with the agency’s strategic plan and objectives. Plans for this vertical include building new teams for product management as well as user experience and service design, as well as some reorganization of existing PMO functions. JOB DESCRIPTION The Associate Director of Product will work closely with the Senior Director of Product to build out and support the Campaign Finance Board’s first Product Management office, including helping to manage a mixed team of product designers, project managers, and business analysts. POSITION SUMMARY The Assistant Director will serve as a leader within the Student Success Center providing additional strategic vision and direction for all student success, advising and onboarding activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates a comprehensive program of academic, advisement, career and financial aid support services for students. Directly supervises a team of student success advisors. Oversees recruitment of new NashGRAD &amp; Flex participants, including coordination with other College offices and MNPS schools. Develops and implements strategies to improve retention and performance of NashGRAD &amp; Flex students in collaboration with student success advisors and career services staff.
Manages a caseload of students in order to identify student goals and objectives, manage academic progress and recommend appropriate referrals/opportunity programs. This includes tracking data and maintaining case notes for each assigned student. Advises students on-ground and virtually. Prepares reports for the college leadership, College Foundation, Metro Davidson City Council and other constituents as needed. Strategizes with faculty and other College staff as needed to improve student support services. Supports annual recruiting and registration activities. Assists with developing and implementing a variety of institutional retention activities. Attends campus and community meetings to provide outreach and marketing information. Oversees department operations in the absence of the director.

The Director of Data Strategy &amp; Institutional Analytics leads the college’s advanced research, data analytics, and decision-support functions. This role provides high-level technical expertise, data modeling, and critical analyses to support institutional planning, program improvement, accreditation, student success initiatives, and community impact evaluation. The position reports to the Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Strategic Planning, and in concert with the Executive Director collaborates across academic and administrative units to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
