Department meetings.</li><li>Attend DC Directors of Clinical Training meetings.</li><li>Engage with the Admissions process through presentations and interviews of and to candidates.</li><li>Assist the Director of Clinical Training and Department Chair with the collection and storage of licensure data.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by the Department Chair and Director of Clinical Training.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Doctoral-level, licensed Clinical or Counseling Psychologist from an APA accredited doctoral program.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and access to a car to visit training sites as needed.</li><li>Prior experience with supervision and training of graduate level students.</li><li>Prior teaching at the graduate level.</li></ul>Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<ul><li>Conduct oneself in respectful and ethical manner.</li><li>Demonstrate an ability to effectively make decisions under pressure and to successfully lead others.</li><li>Display strong time management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines while meeting or exceeding expectations.</li><li>Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.</li><li>Actively seek an understanding of the implications related to changing regulations/requirements and their impact on current and future decisions and the field of clinical training.</li><li>Think critically to identify the cost and benefit of alternative approaches and/or solutions to problems.</li><li>Communicate ideas and information effectively in both verbal and written format.</li><li>Demonstrate an ability to adapt to changing circumstances, needs, and demands.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of local and national training and licensing requirements.</li><li>Understand and navigate multiple levels of program hierarchies.</li><li>Computer Proficiency in MS Office.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; BenefitsThis opportunity is budgeted at $80,000 - $85,000 base compensation.
