This will include building enrollment, outreach efforts, and delivering instructional and support services that meets the needs of students and communities served by the University.</li><li>Supports and collaborates with the College Deans and other academic leaders in the areas of programmatic accreditation, curriculum modifications, assessment and academic policy.</li><li>Assure that all faculty and program directors are appropriately supervised, developed and evaluated.&nbsp; Review and act using data, including course surveys, faculty performance evaluations, course and academic program enrollment metrics, and student satisfaction indicators. </li><li>Operationally minded and monitors reports, systems, policies, and procedures in order to ensure consistent and effective delivery of all academic programs and maximize enrollment and retention.</li><li>Effectively uses data to make decisions and direct the activity of self and others.&nbsp; Is technically skilled at report generation and problem solving.</li><li>Leads student retention improvement initiatives for each campus program achieving year-over-year improvement each year.&nbsp; Ensure an effective at-risk student monitoring and outreach system, quality academic and nonacademic support services, and a commitment to student success among faculty and staff.</li><li>Aligned with functional VCs and AVCs ensures strong human resources management through hiring, developing, leading and evaluating an effective management team, staff, and faculty.&nbsp; Manages campus succession plan and professional development program</li><li>Demonstrates an innovative and entrepreneurial approach to campus improvement.</li><li>Leads, participates in and coordinates campus outreach activities that generate enrollment through partnerships and affiliation agreements with other organizations.</li><li>Maintains a desirable, attractive and safe campus environment.&nbsp; Ensures facilities are well maintained. Takes an active leadership role in all departmental reviews conducted at the campus.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>POSITION REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Experience – Minimum of seven years of highly successful experience in campus leadership roles. In addition, preference will be given to candidates that have at least two years of experience in a full-time campus director or president role. &nbsp;</li><li>Leadership- Demonstrated experience in leadership with engaging and managing teams.</li><li>Education – Doctorate from a regionally accredited institution preferred. Master’s degree required. Demonstrates ability to effectively lead faculty and staff in a doctoral degree-granting university.</li><li>Computer Skills – Experience with computerized administrative systems, including Microsoft. POSITION SUMMARY:&nbsp; The Director of Student Success and Evaluation is a full-time faculty member who serves the Physician Assistant Department. This role is responsible for the planning, development, and management of all activities related to evaluating student success across the PA programs. This role serves students by providing analysis of performance and targeted support to enhance learner achievement of program learning outcomes in both didactic and clinical phases. This individual supports the faculty in evaluating opportunities for curricular refinement utilizing student performance across courses and standardized assessments. Additionally, this role supports the programs in the maintenance of accreditation with the ARC-PA by contributing analysis of data gathered through the process of continuous self-study. The incumbent will have extensive depth and breadth of PA education and will help customize learning plans using program-sourced learning platforms to enhance performance.
