The Program Director holds a 12-Month faculty position that reports to the Dean of Healthcare Professions. The Director of the Sonography Program is responsible for the Certificate of Diagnostic Medical Sonography and the Certificate of Cardiovascular Sonography Programs at Jackson State Community College. All tasks adhere to CAAHEP and JRCDMS standards, as well as regional healthcare expectations. Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Developing, implementing, evaluating and revising the Diagnostic Medical Sonography and Cardiovascular Sonography programs’ master plan of education to achieve and maintain full program accreditation.</li>
<li>Didactic teaching in the classroom and laboratory.</li>
<li>Coordinating the development, implementation, and revision process for the program’s curriculum design; including but not limited to, course descriptions, course requirements, and evaluation systems.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Advise applicants and program students on academic and career goals to assist them in developing plans for program entry, retention, graduation, and/or job placement.</li>
<li>Counseling and advising prospective and current students.</li>
<li>Promote, support, and participate in student retention, and other program student outcome efforts.</li>
<li>Serving as a liaison between the program and clinical affiliates/community stakeholders.</li>
<li>Assisting in reviewing clinical affiliation agreements as needed.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Preparing annual reports for the Dean, college representatives and other agencies as needed.&nbsp;</li>

Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum of Baccalaureate degree and an ACS credential; or possess a minimum of a Master’s degree and a sonography credential in the discipline of cardiovascular or general sonography • Must minimally possess the appropriate credentials specific to the concentrations offered; (e.g., Adult Echocardiography and Vascular Technology), in addition to at least one other required credential in general sonography (Abdomen &amp; Obstetrics &amp; Gynecology) • Documented experience in supervision, instruction, evaluation, student guidance and in educational theories and techniques. • Minimum of 2 years demonstrated full-time clinical experience as a registered sonographer

OverviewFair and Responsible Banking practices encompass all aspects of OnPoint Community Credit Union (“OnPoint”) operations, including establishing memberships, offering and extending deposit and loan products and services, marketing and communication, and account servicing and collection practices. This position will assist the VP/Chief Compliance Officer by leading the OnPoint’s efforts as they relate to Fair and Responsible Banking, encompassing fair lending, equal access to financial services and avoiding discriminatory practices. This role involves identifying business development opportunities, providing leadership to clinical and administrative teams, managing budgets, and fostering partnerships with community organizations to improve patient care and access to services.1.Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.2.Assist in implementing and evaluating medical standards, updating protocols, policies, procedures, and patient education materials in collaboration with the Medical Director(s).3.Facilitates in collaboration with the BH Leadership Team EPIC support, training and assistance to BH team and functions as the liaison to the IT Epic training team as indicated.4.In collaboration with the BH Medical Director, designs and implements the BHC and Psychiatric provider orientation and training program for both sites.5.Actively participates in emergency management, regulatory compliance and patient safety programs as a content expert along with other BH leaders for behavioral health-related issues.6.As a member of the BH Project Team works closely with the BH Leadership team and project managers to design, formally request, implement and execute each in project with a high degree of integrity and efficiency.17.Specific to NeighborHealth South End BH, coordinates BH system of care design in collaboration with multidisciplinary departments to ensure clinical delivery of services remains relevant and useful to the patient population served, including school-based services, IBH, Specialty, and all other clinical programs assigned.18.Provides programmatic management and oversight of access and utilization data to the entire integrated Care Team while holding teams accountable for performance outcomes.19.&nbsp;Oversees the development, implementation and sustainability of a Youth Behavioral Health service line, including prevention, intervention, and wrap around services.10.Assists in BH Department fiscal management: participation in the preparation and monitoring of the departmental budget; BHC productivity/utilization review, and documentation/coding/billing practices and improvements.11.Provides high quality clinical supervision to assigned BHCs and students.12.With the BH leadership team members shares on-call responsibilities and provides clinical consultation to BHCs on call as well as to medical colleagues in the management of psychiatric emergencies, urgent clinical matters and highly complex patients.13.Responds to, addresses and resolves, as indicated patient and provider complaints in a timely manner, seeking support and consultation as needed.14.Meets the clinical requirements as delineated in the BHC job description and develops and maintains a practice at an agreed upon percentage of FTE which is subject to modification up or down depending on the evolving demands of the role.15.Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand services and enhance market presence.16.Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to promote collaboration and resource sharing.17.Provide strong leadership and supervision to clinical and administrative teams, fostering a collaborative environment by driving high performing and high positive teamwork. &nbsp;18.Adheres to all NeighborHealth and departmental policies and procedures.19.Mentors and develops staff to enhance professional growth and improve team performance.
