JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYWe're looking for someone with 10+ years of progressive experience in the multi-family real estate industry, demonstrating a strong track record of leadership, strategic growth, and operational excellence. Formulates and develops annual financial goals and business plans that align to the Company’s strategy related to property management, and leads and directs the team members in the assigned markets in executing initiatives that enable the portfolio to meet and/or exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational objectives.JOB DESCRIPTIONDevelops and works with clients/owners and others to approve budget(s) for the assigned markets and property portfolios, and monitors and manages budgeted-to-actual results by analyzing and evaluating financial statements, or other reports and working with the Regional Property Managers and Controller to discuss and resolve financial needs and issues.Manages the financial and operational performance of the assigned property portfolio performance, identifies and investigates indicators of performance deficiencies or opportunities, and guides the development of appropriate action plans that correct deficiencies or maximize opportunities to ensure the portfolio meets stated goals and objectives.Ensures that the talent and staffing needs of the portfolio are met by interviewing, hiring, developing, and managing Regional Property Managers and by supervising the acquisition, development, and management of site-level and support team members in accordance with Company policies, values, and business practices.Researches and develops potential new business opportunities by identifying and meeting with potential clients, developing financial proposals, and assisting in the transition and take-over process to promote a smooth acquisition.Manages client/owner relationships by providing regular and on-going communication, timely and comprehensive reporting, and effective resolution to issues, concerns, questions, and requests.Develops business plans to promote market growth by gathering market and other relevant data, analyzing and identifying emerging trends, assessing impact on the Company’s market position, and communicating issues, threats, opportunities, and pertinent information to the senior leadership.Coordinates work activities and liaisons with vendors, consultants, and other contractors as needed by researching and communicating ongoing work status to provide direction to consultants, processing invoices, contracts, and other statements of work, and ensuring open communication between consultants and Company project team members.Completes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary. #LI-KF1#LI-DG3The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000.Additional Compensation:<ul><li>Corporate Positions:&nbsp;In&nbsp;addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate&nbsp;in&nbsp;an annual bonus program based on&nbsp;individual and company performance.</li><li>Onsite Property Positions:&nbsp;In&nbsp;addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate&nbsp;in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.</li></ul>Robust Benefits Offered*:<ul><li>Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability &amp; Life&nbsp;insurance benefits.
