This includes, but is not limited to at-track activations, digital recognition, and in-office programming. . &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Build and strengthen local and national industry and advocacy partnerships.</li><li>Lead department activations and cross-departmental opportunities that align with department goals.</li><li>Create content for department website, and social media outreach.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop tools to evaluate the effectiveness of the department’s social and digital outreach. &nbsp;</li><li>Provide expertise for, coordinate, and execute activations, outreach, and initiatives.</li><li>Demonstrate a high level of positive and constructive communication between internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Serve as NASCAR D&amp;I representative at meetings, presentations, banquets, receptions, ceremonies, conferences, conventions, seminars, tournaments, races, and other events in conjunction with our diversity, equity and inclusion programs. &nbsp;</li><li>Execution of department events as needed including the development of content for meetings and conferences.</li><li>Track Activation Support – credentials, golf carts, parking and access stickers, suite requests, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Approximate travel 30% including some weekends.</li></ul>Required skills / experience: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Sports Management preferred and a minimum of 4 (four) years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience; experience in sports/sports management preferred.</li><li>Speaking and writing in Spanish are a plus, though not a requirement.</li><li>Proficient with Company-provided hardware and software.
