What are we looking for?<ul><li>You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.</li><li>Previous experience leading a hospitality team preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents.</li><li>Must have and maintain a food server permit as required by the county.</li></ul><ul><li>You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!</li><li>You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!</li><li>You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.</li><li>You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.</li><li>You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting people after a fall.</li><li>You must be criminally cleared.</li><li>Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
