The position will involve close interactions with the regulators and leadership to comply with any new regulations and changes to regulatory reporting requirements.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;<ul><li>Ensure compliance with Federal Reserve and other regulatory reporting requirements, the Company’s internal review procedures and all other applicable policies and procedures, including data governance.&nbsp;</li><li>Review detailed instructions for various reports and ensure compliance with the Federal Reserve requirements.</li><li>Through the strategic initiatives &amp; projects, help drive continuous process improvements, increase level of automation, strengthen controls &amp; enhance process documentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive implementation of analytical and reporting processes, procedures and systems using the Company’s control framework.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with External Reporting teams, Technology and other Subject Matter Experts to drive consistency in reporting.</li><li>Work closely with Financial Reporting Quality and Assurance organization (FRQA) to support Quality Assurance reviews of regulatory reports.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide regular coaching and development to direct reports.</li><li>Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years’ experience in Finance, strong understanding of Controllership &amp; External Reporting functions including regulatory reporting or related field</li><li>Strong organizational skills, ability to meet critical deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting and reporting.</li><li>Experience in Financial and/or external reporting desired</li><li>Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field</li><li>Proficient usage of Microsoft applications.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven track record of process improvements, embracing new technologies and strengthening controls.</li><li>Strong communication and relationship/collaboration skills.</li><li>Proven leader with the ability and desire to coach and develop others.</li><li>Working knowledge of Oracle, applications a plus.</li></ul>Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
