Position SummaryA critical position on the Employment Team and working closely with the campus HR Partners, the Employment Coordinator will be primarily responsible for entering, maintaining, and auditing employment-related data in the HRIS system; running employment reports; assisting customers through the CRM; and assisting with process automation. Fully on-campus during initial training. A hybrid schedule (up to 1 day remote per week) may be considered once the employee is fully proficient and upon the manager’s approval.Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience with a preference for experience in HR
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy data entry accurately
- Exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Excel or Google Sheets and information systems
- Strong written and oral communication skills including active listening, deductive reasoning, and results-oriented problem-solving
- Versatile multi-tasking abilities and exceptional time management skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Proficient in basic math calculations and principles
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proven ability to innovate/streamline processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- Experience in analyzing data, employment coordination, higher education, applicant tracking software, and Banner Information Systems
- Experience working in a highly diverse environment
- PHR and/or Human Resources Management Certificate

The starting annual salary for this position will be $43,872.
