OverviewFair and Responsible Banking practices encompass all aspects of OnPoint Community Credit Union (“OnPoint”) operations, including establishing memberships, offering and extending deposit and loan products and services, marketing and communication, and account servicing and collection practices. This position will assist the VP/Chief Compliance Officer by leading the OnPoint’s efforts as they relate to Fair and Responsible Banking, encompassing fair lending, equal access to financial services and avoiding discriminatory practices.
