It also includes important examples of Kamakura-period Buddhist art. Recent acquisitions have focused on Nihonga painting and contemporary transglobal arts in a variety of media, as well as prints by modern Japanese women artists.Physical Requirements: This position is primarily conducted in an office environment. This role has a university-wide scope, focused on partnering with university leaders with broad and deep decision-making responsibility.Job-Specific Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of eight organization development, executive coaching and executive training professionals in carrying out team goals and objectives; set team strategy as well as performance goals and metrics; lead team in applying best practices in consulting and coaching; manage staff resource allocation; represent team and function university-wide</li><li>Serve as an internal consultant to administrative executives and faculty leaders in the schools and central administrative departments on&nbsp;strategy development, organization assessment and re-design, design and implementation of large-scale change efforts, leadership retreat design and facilitation,&nbsp;leadership development and senior team effectiveness</li><li>Drives and leads university-wide and local organization development efforts</li><li>Serve as executive coach to high-performing University administrative executives and faculty leaders</li><li>Cultivate an environment of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence</li><li>Responsible for measuring impact of the work, as well as for strategies to expand the reach of the team</li><li>Partner with CHRO’s to plan and execute OD priorities</li><li>Serves on the Center for Workplace Development Leadership Team</li><li>Represents HHR/CWD on University and external committees</li><li>Other duties and projects as assigned</li></ul> Qualifications Basic Qualifications: <ul><li>A minimum of 12 years of&nbsp;progressively responsible experience&nbsp;in the field of learning and organization development</li><li>A minimum of 10 years of OD consulting and executive coaching experience</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing a team of professionals</li><li>A certificate in executive coaching</li><li>A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li></ul>Additional Qualifications and Skills: <ul><li>Master’s degree in learning and organization development or related field preferred &nbsp;</li><li>Must have demonstrated ability in the following areas: organization development consulting; executive coaching; organization assessment and design; strategy development; executive leadership development; culture development; and team leadership and management</li><li>Excellent strategic planning and execution, team leadership and management, facilitation, presentation and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>A strong executive presence with the ability to influence, build trust, communicate and work effectively with the most senior levels of organizational leadership</li></ul>Certificates and Licenses:A certificate in executive coaching Additional Information <ul><li>Visa Sponsorship Information: Harvard University is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position</li><li>Pre-Employment Screening: Identity, Education</li></ul>Work Format DetailsThis position has been determined by school or unit leaders that some of the duties and responsibilities can be effectively performed at a non-Harvard location.
